Caught short
Why do people always hassle short people?
I try not to care about my looks - I mean I try not to prioritise others' opinion of the way I look - and so it normally does not bother me when people look down on me (ha! dad pun) because of my height.
It IS annoying, however, when tall people stoop when they're having a photo taken next to me,
Or when someone makes a short joke, then realises I'm there and apologises,
Or in general when someone gets the idea that I mind being short.
Here are some reasons why it's HOT to be short:
1. You never have to worry about pants/trousers not being long enough to cover your socks
2. You'll never have to marry a guy shorter than you
3. Life is short too!
4. You can fit in small places! Like tramping packs
5. Small clothes are cute! Big clothes are ugly. Why do you think mothers go kid-shopping so much? (Not buying kids, you blight! Just buying kids' clothes)
6. If you get chased by a rooster, you can pretend you are a large garden gnome and just stand quietly by a bush (depending of course on the size of your ears, and whether or not you have a red night-cap on)
7. Beks and Sara are short, and lots of people think they're cool. So it's cool to be short
8. Zacchaeus in the Bible was short, and so he climbed a tree to see Jesus because otherwise he wouldn't be able to see over all the people, and so Jesus noticed him and transformed his life (of course he will transform tall people too ...)
9. A lot of small people are quite quick as well, like small footballers. Quickness is always a positive attribute
10. "Short and sweet" is a commonly used phrase
And the list goes on. So it's true; you've seen the evidence. Feel free to argue your case against me. I still like being short!!!!

Reason 11: boys like short girls cos they're easier to cuddle, and their more cuter (its a proven fact, alright?!)

Reason #14 small people never get told to "sit down you in the front" because they're obscuring someone's view in a movie/show etc

In defense of tall people everywhere, we get hassled too! when youre freakishly tall like myself it gets awkward all the time. we bend down for photos or else we wouldnt fit in the frame! :P
Being tall isnt all its cracked up to be but we dont really make fun of small people. There are also many tall jokes too.
Tall people will most probably develop crippling back problems and stoops in later life because we constantly have to bend down to communicate :P we arent all evil!
Being tall may seem good for size in relationships, but being freakishly tall is bad too! Ive had jokes before about a girlfriend needing a step ladder to kiss. :P

I like all those reasons. But the one I like the most is reason #8. You like to look at the glass half full.
I am in short male most of your comments are about being female. I do not get the big deal about being all why do females like all male I consider myself excellent and definitely above average in every aspect that a male should be above average intelligence and excellent personality fun to be with great facial features and body I make excellent money I come from a great family and have lots of true friends I'm extremely happy with my height but I never hear that a woman is looking for a man short dark and handsome. All men die sooner are typically worse in bed and are not as affection. They do consistently have health problems I mean really have you ever heard of a tall old man or just a little old man
